Racing Track with Racing Cars

This Cake was ordered by Nur for her sister' s son's 9th Birthday. She called on 30th night and said she wanted the cake on 31st at 4pm. I was a bit hesitant since i don't encourage last minute orders. But after taking to her i couldnt say NO. She said the birthday boy loves CARS , so i thought that a racing track cake with racing cars will be nice. She said she was taking the cake to Port Dickson for the birthday celebration, so i had to keep that in mind while designing the cake. 

This cake is a 4kg Vanilla Butter Cake with Butter Cream Icing and Fondant decorations. The cake is 100% edible expect for the candle and the plastic " Happy Birthday" Wording. I think the cake turned out great in spite of the time constraint. 

The look on Nur's Face when she came to collect the cake was worth a million bucks and she told her mom who was with her that " I want to 9years again". 

This is the message she sent me after the party " The Cake was a HUGE HIT. and wiped clean with everyone singing praises :-). i did pass your number around as well...Thank you very very much for agreeing on such notice....really made the bday boys day....Have a very happy new year!. "

This message made my day and I was glad that the last cake of the year 2010 was such a hit. Looking forward to doing many more cake like these in the coming year too.

CHRISTMAS 2010

Farewell Tajuddin

This Cake was ordered by my husband's Office Tamco for a colleague who was leaving. This was a last minute order which was placed one day in advance. Luckily i had some left over gold Calla Lilly from my wedding cake which I used to decorate the cake. The cake is a Marble Cake with Butter Icing.

Naleena's Birthday

Mr. Jess from Jess Creations was the wedding decorator at my cousin's Shobana's wedding and he got a chance to taste my cake. A few days later he called to order the same cake as a surprise for his Wife Naleena's Birthday.

First Birthday with Cat

This Cake was ordered by Ann for her daughters First Birthday Party. She wanted a Pandan Butter Cake with Vanilla Butter Icing. The theme colours were Pink, Lavender and White. She wanted a little girl figure with a Cat, since her daughter loves their pet Cat.


The next day after the party she sent me this sms
" Hi.. The Cake was very good and delicious. Lucky you gave me 3kg. I have no extra since my guests keep asking for more....Some more my daughter likes your design...Thank You so much....will email you the pic ..."

Simple And Sweet Wedding Cake

This is my Cousin Shobana's Wedding Cake. She loves my butter cake and wanted a Butter Cake with Butter Cream Icing and Butter Cream Roses in Pastel Colours. So I decided to make pink, lavender and peach roses for her cake. This is how the final cake turned out ......I added a two butterfly on top to complete the look...........she love the cake and it was a big hit....

BMW Birthday Cake

This cake was ordered by Nani for her husband's 28th Birthday. She wanted a White BMW car on top of the cake with husband and wife figures in the car......The cake is a Butter Cake with Butter Icing and the car is made from fondant and all the decoration is 100% edible ( except for the car front window)....

Bollywood Style Bridal Shower Cake

This cake was done for my cousin Shobana who is going to get married in Penang on the 12th. Her engagment was on the 11th in Penang so all of the close relations and friend were in Penang on Friday Night. I wanted to surprise her with a naughty cake but since there were many children and elderly relations around on that day so I settled for a "Not so Naughty Cake" instead. This cake was done in one day time from baking to making the high heels to decorating. I was up all night to finish this cake and if I had time could have done a lot more but I was happy with the results. and she loved the cake and was blushing all over and it was so cute to see. All my other relatives loved the cake too esp the guys ....he he he.....

Silver Jubilee Anniversary

This cake was ordered by Nisha for her parents Surprise 25th Wedding Anniversary Party. She said the theme was LOVE and the colours were Red and White. She also mentioned that she wanted a lot of hearts in the cake. The function was held in STC Hall, Batu Caves. The cake is a 2 Tier Butter Cake with Butter Icing. All the decorations are done with fondant.
