Sujee Cake

This is a Sujee Cake with almond nibs and crushed pineapple. The cake is frosted with cream cheese frosting and topped with gum paste roses.

This cake was ordered by Jeya Aunty for her daughter in Dubai. Her daughter tasted this cake during her last visit here and fell in love with the cake. Aunty will be taking this cake with her to Dubai. Isnt that sweet of her. Mothers are so thoughfull.
