BRIDE AND GROOM FIG MODELING

I attended Bride and Groom Fig modeling Class held in Cake Connection on 24th May 2010. MamaMin was the teacher and she showed us all how to make fig with fondant and the best part was we did not use any special tools or moulds for the figs.............

This is the sample fig for us to follow

 

Had a great time. It was a 5 hr class ........extended to 6hrs.......Learnt  a lot of new things abt fig modeling and will be trying them out on my cakes.......

This is my work ......not bad for a fist time.......

 

I liked the way the bride turned out ..........the groom still needs some improvement..........
