Sugee Birthday Cake

This is a 1.5kg Veg Sugee Cake with almond nibs, Cashew nut chunks and crushed pineapple. The cake is covered with almond flakes. This cake was ordered by Sivagamy for her mother's birthday.

Eeshwaran Birthday

This cake was ordered by Sugitha for her husbands birthday. Its a 2kg Veg Chocolate Walnut cake filled with Chocolate ( milk and bittersweet) Ganache and frosted with Vanilla Butter Cream. She also wanted a cute teddy bear topper and the colour theme was Blue and White.

Louis Vuitton Handbag Cake

This is my version of a Louis Vuitton Handbag. This cake has alternate layers of butter and chocolate cake filled with vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache. Its a huge cake and weights almost 4kg.This cake was for my mother in law's birthday.

 My first attempt with a LV Handbag and I am very pleased with the way it turned out.....

25th Birthday

This Cake is for Shamala. This was ordered by her mom Veni Akka who is a close relative . They were having Baby Sarvesh Naming Ceromany and Shamala Birthday Party on the same day. She ordered 100pcs of baby cupcakes along with this cake. She just mentioned that she wanted the number 25 as the cake, no specific colour scheme. So I selection Pink and Lavender as the colour scheme for the cake. I also made a Gumpaste Sugar Figure of Shamala. 

 I was invited to the function. We went after delivering Narbatha's Cake. Shamala and her family really love the cake. All her guests, some who were my relatives said that the cake was very pretty and tasty too. My visiting card was handed to almost all the guests by Shamala and Veni akka. . Thank you so much for all your loving support . 

I was really exhausted and sleep deprived on Saturday after completing 3 big orders on the same day ie Narbatha 21st Birthday , Shamala Cake and 100pcs of Baby Cupcakes. After seeing Shamala's excitement and getting so many  good compliments on the cake I felt so satisfied that all the hard work put in the cake was worth it. In the end that is what a Cake Decorators needs HAPPY CUSTOMERS who encourage us to improve and bring us to newer heights.

Another edible image cake. This cake was order by a loving husband for his wife on her birthday. Its a Rich Moist Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache.

21st Birthday

This is a 21st Birthday Cake for a sweet girl Narbatha. This cake order was given to me 7 months in advance. She wanted a White and Red cake to  match her Red dress and the party theme. 

Thank you so much to Narbatha and her family for giving me this order. Hope you have a lovely birthday and May all your dreams come true.

Narbatha told me that "she loved the cake design and that it was delicious and all her guests enjoyed the cake. Thank you so much. ". She also promised to email me the picture of her cutting the cake.
