Chinese New Year Cakes 2011 - Year of the Rabbit
Since this Chinese New Year 2011 is the year of the Rabbit. I though it would be fun to have Bugs Bunny poping out from carrots on this CNY cake.
Some other CNY cakes where the God of Prosperity or "Cai Sen Yeh" in mandarin.
I also got a chance to practice some Chinese writing on the lanterns. :-)
