Blackberry Q10 Cake

This cake was ordered by Logeshwari for her husband's surprise 40th Birthday. She said that her husband is on his Blackberry 24/7 so she wanted a Blackberry Phone cake for his birthday. The party was in Port Dickson so the cake traveled safely all the way there. The cake is a Vanilla Butter Cake with butter cream filling.

This Cake was a last minute order by Pravin for his nephew Joshua's First Birthday. The cake is a Orange and Chocolate Marble Cake. Cake Serves 12-15pax.

Liverpool Cake

This cake was ordered by my customer for her friend Timmo's 30th Birthday. The cake was a surprise gift which was sent to his office. The cake is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and frosted with red vanilla buttercream icing.

Liverpool Jersey

This cake was ordered by Tina. She wanted a Liverpool Jersey for Sambo's Birthday. This is a 3kg Cake hand carved to get the Jersey shape. The cake was a veg orange butter cake with butter icing.

Racing Track with Racing Cars

This Cake was ordered by Nur for her sister' s son's 9th Birthday. She called on 30th night and said she wanted the cake on 31st at 4pm. I was a bit hesitant since i don't encourage last minute orders. But after taking to her i couldnt say NO. She said the birthday boy loves CARS , so i thought that a racing track cake with racing cars will be nice. She said she was taking the cake to Port Dickson for the birthday celebration, so i had to keep that in mind while designing the cake. 

This cake is a 4kg Vanilla Butter Cake with Butter Cream Icing and Fondant decorations. The cake is 100% edible expect for the candle and the plastic " Happy Birthday" Wording. I think the cake turned out great in spite of the time constraint. 

The look on Nur's Face when she came to collect the cake was worth a million bucks and she told her mom who was with her that " I want to 9years again". 

This is the message she sent me after the party " The Cake was a HUGE HIT. and wiped clean with everyone singing praises :-). i did pass your number around as well...Thank you very very much for agreeing on such notice....really made the bday boys day....Have a very happy new year!. "

This message made my day and I was glad that the last cake of the year 2010 was such a hit. Looking forward to doing many more cake like these in the coming year too.

This Cake was ordered by my husband's Office Tamco for a colleague who was leaving. This was a last minute order which was placed one day in advance. Luckily i had some left over gold Calla Lilly from my wedding cake which I used to decorate the cake. The cake is a Marble Cake with Butter Icing.
