Swethaa's Princess Castle Cake

This cake was ordered by Kasturi for her daughter's 3rd Birthday. Swethaa wanted a big pricess castle with a princess carriage and fondant figure of princess Swethaa. This cake is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and covered with fondant.

Princess Swethaa's dress was designed based on her brithday dress.

Princess Castle Cake

This is my daughter's 2nd Birthday Cake. Her 1st birthday Cake was a Barbie Doll Cake so this year I thought of doing a Princess Castle. This cake is around 4kg Rich Chocolate Moist Cake with Chocolate Fudge Frosting.

THIS IS A WINNE THE POOH CAKE SITTING ON HIS CASTLE ENJOYING A CLOWN SHOW. EVERY THING IS EDIBLE INCLUDING THE CLOWNS, CASTLE & WINNE. ONLY THE PIANO, WINNE TWO FRIENDS AT THE SIDE AND THE BALLOONS ARE NOT EDIBLE.
