EDDIE SPENCE & DEBBIE BROWN IN KUALA LUMPUR

The grandfather of Royal Icing Mr. Eddie Spence , M..B.E.( Memeber of the British Empire) had come from UK. He is around 80years old, but he is so lively, cheerfull & funny person too. He has conducted a 2 day class here and did a demo on Royal Icing. I was not able to attend his class since it was HOUSE FULL due to ovewelming responce , but got to see his demo. My God his work is amazing, i fell in love with royal icing after seeing what all can be done.....spectacular ....Here are some pictures taken during the demo..

Notice the features on the little boy, his cheeks, eyes, nose and fingers...........wow really amazing ... if u notice carefully , he also has a smile......

Such a pretty girl........this is a  royal icing cake with 3 royal icing collars . Collars are actually the edges that are protruding out from the cake .....

Daddy's Special Day

This is a Mango Ice Cream Cake which was order by Roopini as a surprise birthday gift for her father's 60th birthday. This cake shows dad with his beer relaxing on the sofa and his adorable two dogs are sitting next to him.
Thank you Roopini for the order and I hope you had a great party....

The next day Roopini sms me saying " The cake was very good. Everyone enjoyed it and was amazed with it. Thank you so much ! "

Winne the Pooh & Friends

Winne the Pooh is having a picnic in the garden with Pizza and Honey. Along with him are his good buddies Eeyore, Piglet, Tigger.....

This cake was done for my friend Usha akka's two children Suraaj and Dashmitha. The kids loved the cake esp picking & eating the tiny bees and ladybirds.......The cake is a Chocolate Cake filled with Chocolate Ganache and covered with fondant....

 

Pooh says " I LOVE HONEY ....YUMMY"

EEYORE says " Hey Ladybird that's my PIZZA. "

TIGGER says " I have two slices of Pizza and I am not sharing ........"

PIGLET says " These are my buddies and I love them soooooo much ........"

This is Dashmitha and my daughter Sanju who cant wait till we cut the cake........Sanju cant decide which to eat first the bee or the ladybird...........

Sugee Cake

This cake was ordered by Jeya Aunty.....She is my regular customer, she has two grown up children and she always orders this cake for her daughter every time she comes to visit and Chocolate Cake for her Son who is a chocolate Lover. Thank you so much aunty for your support.

Chocolate Hear with Red Roses

This Cake was ordered by Mathy for her boyfriends birthday. She said she wanted a chocolate heart with RED roses. I wanted to add something special to the cake so I make another mini heart and made it a small 2 Tier Cake. From the conversations we had I could feel how much she Loved her boyfriend and I had to show it on the cake. This is end result.........You can call this a birthday cake or even a VALENTINE'S DAY CAKE......:-)
