Love Birds - Wedding Dinner

I was given this wedding invitation and asked to make a rectangular butter cake with buttercream frosting for Thiru and Theeba's Wedding Reception. They asked me follow the same design with the two birds, heart, wordings etc........the theme colour was pink and blue ......

This is how the final cake turned out..............

I was very happy with the outcome.

Manju ordered her daughters birthday cake last year which was a Bella Doll. This year she wanted two cakes one was a Princess Cake to cut in School and another is Arial Cake to cut with family. Isn't she a lucky girl she always get 2 birthday cakes for her birthday.....

This is a 9" Chocolate Cake with Gumpaste Decoration of hears, bows and 21 . I added some disco dust to the birthday girls name to give it some bling.........

Death by Chocolate Cakes

This Cake was ordered by Kumar Anna's Daughter who wanted to surprise her father on his birthday. I did gumpaste Calla Lillys which I thought complemented the chocolate cake very well....the cake is a veg chocolate cake.

Reaching for the Sky

This cake cake was ordered by Jeya Aunty for her son's birthday. She told me her son is aeronautical engineer and that he loves planes. So i suggested to do this 3D pane with her son sitting in it and waving. I was very happy with the way the plane turned out. The cake is a 2.5kg chocolate cake.

These some of the cake were done for Deepavali this year. A few cake i forgot to take pic since they were done in the middle of the night. This Deepavali was a busy one with a lot of baking and decorating. Had a lot of fun and was a lot of hard work too....:-)

Deepavali 2010 - Cookies and Chocolates

This Deepavali , I had cookies for sale. The cookies sold were in 500gms or 1kg boxes.

1) Chocochip and walnut cookies
2) Chocochip with no nut and extra chips
3) Eggless Chocochip with no nuts and extra chips
4) Eggless Double chocochip with walnut.

Made some chocolates with hazelnut , strawberry , blueberry and peanut butter fillings.

Decorated Sugar Cookies For Maxis

Maxis Centre TTDI had ordered 200pcs of decorated sugar cookies as a door gift for their tea party. They wanted Cupcake Cookie and the colours chosen were Blue, Green and White which was the theme colour fot the party.

All the cookies were individually packed with a special home made packing in matching colour and with a matching bow. 

This was a last minute order I was given 2 days and 2 nights to bake , decorate and pack the cookies. Lucky for me my Hubby and my sister helped me with the packing.

These are the design of the cupcake cookies i came out with. The cookies were decorated with fondant and sprinkled with sparkling coloured sugar for a bit of bling.
