Double Chocolate Chip with Mint Cookies

You would have seem my earlier post about cookies  -  Chocolate Chunk and Walnut cookies  and Decorated Sugar Cookies. 

This is another new cookie recipe I tried and its a bit hit and has been added to my list of cookies.
If you like chocolate this cookie is for you,it's a chocolate cookie with chocolate chips and mint. This is a real yummy cookie, its very crisp & cruchy, the chocolate and mint taste go very well together.

Here is a picture of the cookies , do you see the small white spots on the cookies well that's the mint  and the other dark brown spots are chocolate chips.
