We were asked to arrive at 8am to submit our cake entrys. I left my place at 7am and since it was the first time driving to this area duing the peak office hours i was not sure what time i will reach. Not forgeting i had a Cake in my car so the maximum speed i was driving was 40kph. Finally I reach Giza at 7.30am.I was the first one to arrive. The ICCA memebers were setting up the competition area. My darling husband came to Giza to carry the cake all the way from the parking to the competition area and then he had to rush to work. At 8am all the contestants started to come one by one. Pauline, Shikin, Kelvin, Louis etc.........It was nice to see some MCDC memebers and there work........
